Which areas do you serve?
We’re currently live in Bengaluru and Hyderabad. Open the GettSecure app and enter your pickup to confirm availability in your area.
What is a Daily booking?
A Daily reservation books a verified driver for a recurring daily window over a date range — for example 9:00 AM, Monday to Friday for two weeks. A fresh driver is dispatched each day, you pay per day after each ride, and you can cancel any single day or the whole plan. Daily is rolling out in our mobile app.
How do I pay?
“Pay after ride” is the default — once your trip is complete, pay by single-tap UPI (PhonePe, GPay, Paytm) or in cash to your driver. You can also choose to pay up front when you book. Corporate trips are fully cashless, billed to your company’s prepaid wallet.
Can I cancel a booking?
Yes. You can cancel from the app before a driver starts your trip. If you pay up front and abandon checkout, the booking is automatically cancelled and not dispatched.
How do you keep rides safe?
Every trip is OTP-started and every driver is background- and KYC-verified. During the ride you get driver arrival alerts, a one-tap emergency that escalates to our team (Call 112 included), and live trip sharing.
Do I need the mobile app?
To book, yes — you book and track a driver in the GettSecure mobile app. You can sign in on the web to manage your account and view your trips, but new bookings happen in the app, which also has Daily reservations, driver arrival alerts, and live maps.
