Cancellation & Refund Policy

How settlements, cancellation penalties, zero-floor arrears, and failed-payment reversals are handled.

Last updated: September 5, 2026

Digital-first settlements

Retail trips can be paid via direct single-tap native smartphone UPI intents (PhonePe, GPay, Paytm), or in cash to the Driving Partner on trip completion. Enterprise transits are 100% cashless and are billed to pre-funded centralized corporate prepaid wallet allocations. No physical credit card or third-party e-wallet data records are processed or stored inside our platform core.

Cancellation penalties & zero-floor arrears

Retail users and commercial managers can cancel an on-demand driver request without penalty before a Driving Partner starts the trip lifecycle. If a cancellation occurs after the driver has initiated transit to the pickup location, a fixed marketplace penalty is automatically calculated by the system.

Arrears settlement & checkout unlocks

The platform enforces a strict Zero-Floor Wallet Policy. Outstanding liabilities or transaction adjustments are funneled natively into a personal Arrears account, dropping your account balance into a negative threshold. The system will hard-lock the live map workspace grid and prevent any future checkouts until the outstanding balance is fully cleared via an in-app UPI intent app switch.

Failed payment reversals

If an automated webhook timeout or network disconnect triggers a transaction fault during an "Add Funds via UPI" payload loop, the financial ledger tracks the failed callback identifier node. The capital is automatically reversed straight to the user's originating bank account via the payment gateway interface within 3 to 5 business days without manual administrative paperwork.
